This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of the complete quote-to-cash operational framework, including roles, responsibilities, service level agreements (SLAs), handoffs, and governance.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration among Sales, Program Management, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Manage the configuration, governance, and strategic implementation of HubSpot/SalesHub as the core commercial system.
• Develop automation, pipeline workflows, and reporting dashboards in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
• Establish and oversee the Commercial operating rhythm, which encompasses pipeline reviews, forecasting meetings, and cross-functional syncs.
• Take charge of leadership commercial reporting by summarizing insights, identifying risks, and offering data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Finance team on demand and pipeline forecasting.
• Act as the commercial representative in the SIOP process, ensuring demand signals align with operational planning, robot availability, and customer milestones.
• Build and nurture a high-performing commercial operations team.
• Mentor and empower team members, define roles and working methods, and promote accountability, continuous learning, and exceptional performance.
• Demonstrated experience in Revenue Operations or Commercial Operations, ideally within a fast-paced hardware or robotics sector.
• Extensive knowledge of CRM architecture and management; experience with HubSpot is preferred.
• Strong capability to promote cross-functional alignment and enhance processes across intricate operational supply chains.
• Expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data visualization.
• A proven history of managing and developing high-achieving teams, encompassing hiring, coaching, and performance evaluation.
