This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of Salesforce clients, typically ranging from $3M to $8M in annual bookings.
• Take responsibility for growth, retention, and the overall health of accounts.
• Serve as the primary relationship lead for multiple engagements.
• Develop and implement account plans that facilitate genuine expansion over time.
• Identify and spearhead upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Create account plans that emphasize growth.
• Recognize areas where Verndale can provide added value.
• Collaborate with teams to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Execute targeted sales strategies across your portfolio.
• Cultivate relationships with Salesforce Account Executives.
• Collaborate to identify and pursue co-selling opportunities.
• Participate in account planning and pipeline discussions.
• Align efforts with Salesforce priorities.
• Establish Verndale as a trusted partner within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ensure the client experience remains consistent and of high quality.
• Integrate cross-functional teams effectively.
• Identify and address issues proactively.
• Maintain alignment among teams regarding priorities.
• Step in as necessary to ensure progress continues.
• Foster relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Lead strategic discussions and communications.
• Monitor revenue, forecasts, and profit margins.
• Guide renewal and pricing negotiations.
• Ensure clients comprehend the value provided.
• Remain accountable for financial performance.
• Mentor Client Success Managers.
• Encourage strong collaboration across teams.
• Contribute to the enhancement of account management practices.
• 8–12 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or consulting.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts.
• Demonstrated track record of revenue growth.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong commercial acumen.
