This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a designated portfolio of business by conducting proactive meetings and regular interactions with advisors and clients, including annual plan evaluations.
• Offer strategic and tactical advice to align with client objectives for qualified retirement plans.
• Promote additional products and services through a consultative approach to strengthen relationships and enhance profitability.
• Act as the main escalation point for service-related concerns by pinpointing root causes and coordinating solutions with the appropriate resources.
• Advise clients and advisors on the design of qualified plans and interpret plan provisions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide consultation on plan improvements and upgrades, including the transition of legacy investment contracts to contemporary products.
• Relay information regarding product, service, and investment enhancements, including new offerings and modifications to existing solutions.
• Educate clients about company processes, procedures, systems, and technologies utilized by participants and plan sponsors.
• Manage special projects as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• FINRA series 6, 63, and necessary life insurance licenses, or obtain these within six months.
• A minimum of seven years of client management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of retirement programs and expertise in plan management, including technical, compliance, administration, investment, and participant solutions.
• Familiarity with industry standards and competitive best practices.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Research skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in using MS Office tools.
