This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Create detailed financial models from the ground up in Excel to assess business impact, project ROI, and illustrate the value proposition of suggested solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with our consulting teams to spearhead specific deliverables associated with Business Value forecasting and transformation initiatives, often coordinating with simultaneous Merkle data, technology, or digital experience implementation teams.
• Organize and lead client discovery sessions through interviews, document analysis, surveys/questionnaires, or marketing data evaluation.
• Oversee daily consulting delivery activities, which include client meetings, discussions, workshops, deliverable evaluations, or readouts.
• Organize and facilitate business prioritization workshops, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative approaches to identify top recommendations.
• Leverage market and competitive research to identify trends, benchmarks, and best practices that will inform our recommendations.
• Conduct work sessions and interviews with our teams and partners to identify gaps, gather requirements, and validate recommendations.
• Create executive-level presentations, distilling findings into key themes that guide client recommendations, and pinpointing vital data points and metrics to demonstrate the impact of our strategies on clients' businesses.
• Assist in business development efforts, which include identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and engaging in other pursuit activities.
• Collaborate and foster relationships with our teams (account management, creative, analytics, operations) and partner agencies to assess feasibility and comprehend strategic plans.
• A Bachelor's degree is required, with all majors considered; however, preference will be given to degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), corporate finance, strategy/consulting, business transformation, or digital transformation.
• At least 3 years of experience in creating financial models, analyzing data, and working with extensive datasets in Excel or comparable tools.
• Proven experience in translating insights into actionable recommendations and presentations; proficiency in PowerPoint is a must.
