This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the GTM systems stack from beginning to end, which includes Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Marketo, Clay, ZoomInfo, CommonRoom, and their associated integrations.
• Direct the architecture and governance of Salesforce, overseeing objects, fields, flows, validation rules, routing logic, and integration endpoints.
• Develop automation and AI-driven workflows that eliminate manual processes in lead routing, lifecycle management, handoffs, enrichment, and other essential GTM activities.
• Manage the data quality and enrichment systems within Salesforce and Marketo to facilitate ABM, outbound efforts, forecasting, and operational visibility.
• Transform vague requests from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into scalable system solutions, ensuring clear trade-offs, thorough follow-through, and reliable documentation.
• Lead and nurture a small team, prioritize tasks, remove obstacles, and establish an operational rhythm that keeps GTM systems efficient, dependable, and maintainable.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in GTM Systems or Revenue Operations within B2B SaaS.
• At least 1 year of experience leading direct reports in a systems, operations, or technical administrative environment.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Salesforce, including organization design, flows, custom objects, field governance, and integration architecture.
• Familiarity with CPQ, Clay, ZoomInfo, and preferably CommonRoom or similar intent and enrichment platforms.
• Proven experience in designing AI-driven workflows in a GTM setting, with a practical understanding of where AI can provide significant leverage.
• Strong analytical skills, high standards for data quality, and sufficient SQL proficiency to validate metrics and support reporting frameworks.
• Experience with BDR operations, segmented lead routing, and multi-geo GTM strategies is a plus.
• Background in supporting usage-based or consumption models is advantageous.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator is a significant advantage.
• Drone Certification is not a requirement for this position.
