This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Conduct exploration for identified tasks aimed at offshore transition.
• Assist in developing solutions for transition design and service readiness.
• Oversee implementation activities and coordination of transitions.
• Offer subject matter expertise during setup, go-live, and stabilization phases.
• Track BAU performance, service quality, and adherence to processes.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and knowledge articles.
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer for offshore teams.
• Assist with system conversions and process modifications.
• Promote standardization, efficiency, and ongoing improvement.
• Manage communication with stakeholders regarding assigned processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education, training, and work experience.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in the Employee Benefits and Health Insurance sector.
• Experience in a leadership role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to respond with agility, urgency, and professionalism in all situations while managing priorities and proactively achieving goals.
• Strong capability to provide strategic input and influence individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Life & Health Insurance License (preferred).
• Familiarity with systems and applications specific to Employee Health and Benefits (preferred).
