• Collaborate with the Corporate Consulting leader and other key stakeholders to produce high-priority insights and in-depth research deliverables, often on a quick turnaround basis.
• Craft engaging, data-driven narratives that inform executive decision-making and influence the enterprise's workforce and HR strategy.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and other teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and the smooth execution of analytical solutions.
• Provide education and guidance to stakeholders on existing self-service analytics tools and platforms, empowering them to generate independent insights when suitable.
• Execute advanced organizational research utilizing applied statistical modeling, industrial-organizational psychology methods, and workforce research techniques.
• Convert complex quantitative and qualitative findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights tailored to various audiences, particularly senior executives.
• Create reusable analytical frameworks and tools that leverage insights for organizational impact.
• Prioritize and manage incoming analytical and research requests, balancing urgency, organizational impact, and resource limitations.
• Keep transparent documentation regarding scope, expectations, and requirements for all insight and research requests.
• Assess and monitor the business impact of significant deliverables, comparing actual outcomes to the expected impact defined during the initial intake.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience.
• Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Science, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to articulate complex insights clearly and persuasively to senior audiences.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with experience in managing competing demands.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and statistical programs.
• Strong understanding of self-service analytics tools and platforms.
• Demonstrated capability to document processes and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
