Senior Manager, Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Responsible for fostering innovation and achieving operational excellence from concept to execution for small to moderate-scale, complex, high-value projects and segments of larger initiatives that influence the delivery of products and services to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Assessing, designing, and executing new growth strategies.

• Collaborating across functions to pinpoint colleague and customer requirements and formulating solutions and strategies to stimulate growth.

• Monitoring progress against critical milestones and establishing value-based metrics and analyses to evaluate results.

• Providing quantitative and qualitative analyses through slide presentations and storytelling that distill complex issues into straightforward solutions for leadership consideration.

• Aiding in the preparation of executive-level readouts and presentation materials for leadership.

• Creating dashboards for key stakeholders to track our business performance.

• Performing in-depth analytics to uncover opportunities for innovation and process enhancements.

• Conducting root cause analysis and ad hoc research to identify gaps in our workflows and patient experiences.

• Streamlining complex datasets and highlighting actionable insights that deliver value.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare in a capacity that involves strategic problem-solving and/or new product development (e.g., consulting).

• Over 7 years of proven organizational abilities (e.g., project management experience or overseeing cross-team/department initiatives with demonstrated success).

• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics working with large datasets and utilizing Excel, SQL, Python, and/or other comparable analytics tools.

• More than 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment.
