Senior Manager, Business Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Oversee the allocation of resources for the creation and enhancement of new systems as well as existing ones.

• Formulate strategies to assess new applications and system requirements.

• Lead the department in the evaluation and implementation of new IT advancements and adapting to business needs.

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and achievement of quality standards.

• Outline project scopes, create project plans, distribute resources, and coordinate activities among teams and stakeholders.

• Analyze organizational needs and propose technology solutions to fulfill those needs.

• Evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of introducing new systems or processes.

• Supervise business analysts and technology professionals, offering direction and support.

• Advise managers on the development and execution of technology strategies and roadmaps that align with business analysis goals.

• Relay improvement areas based on feedback from stakeholders, business teams, clients, and IT professionals.

• Collaborate with various departments to align business analysis activities with organizational objectives.

• Prioritize projects and resolve issues arising during project execution.

• Recruit and lead a team of business analysts and technology experts.

• Optimize current processes, boost efficiency, and advocate for organizational best practices.

• 7–10 years of professional experience.

• Proficient in execution and delivery, including planning, implementation, and support.

• Skilled in business intelligence.

• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.

• Expertise in problem-solving and decision-making.

• Demonstrated growth mindset, adaptability, and commitment to personal and professional development.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional certifications.
