This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.
• Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and various stakeholders to enhance and define the positioning for both enterprise and business units.
• Create messaging frameworks, value propositions, and audience narratives that align with business objectives.
• Ensure uniformity and coherence across brand messaging and communications directed towards customers.
• Convert intricate business concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-focused messaging.
• Integrate existing qualitative and quantitative insights to formulate actionable audience personas and segmentation frameworks.
• Transform customer, market, and sales insights into significant implications for messaging and marketing narratives.
• Develop persona frameworks to bolster marketing strategies, messaging, and integrated activation efforts.
• Work in collaboration with external agencies and partners as required.
• Assist in the creation of scalable messaging frameworks, campaign processes, and brand standards.
• Over 5 years of experience in brand strategy or marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in project management and marketing tools.
