This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Cultivate and sustain robust, enduring relationships with clients based on trust.
• Deliver exceptional and valuable strategic consulting services for each client account by employing critical thinking and offering ongoing strategic advice.
• Assemble specialized teams to perform in-depth discovery to gain strategic insights into clients’ audiences, markets, competitors, goals, and branding.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables by collaborating with internal teams.
• Evaluate campaign performance, collect data, and leverage insights to refine strategies, achieving quarterly KPIs and profitability objectives.
• Ensure effective communication during client meetings, via emails, and in presentations.
• Proactively address client challenges and enhance internal processes efficiently.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, preferably in an agency setting.
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to new or complex client requests.
• Should be personable and capable of fostering excellent working relationships with both clients and team members.
• Excellent prioritization and organizational abilities are essential to manage competing demands effectively.
• Must excel in presenting ideas confidently and persuasively to sell concepts and work.
• Should maintain resilience and a positive attitude, even in challenging situations (attitude is crucial here at TDR).
