This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead the training and education for Benefits Consultants.
• Create and implement scalable training programs: ICHRA 101 (foundational education), product training, platform walkthroughs, and advanced “ICHRA 2.0” selling and strategy sessions.
• Conduct live and virtual sessions, including webinars, workshops, and in-person events.
• Establish a repeatable curriculum and content library that benefits consultants can access at their convenience.
• Oversee the ICHRA Readiness Certification by managing and enhancing the ICHRA Readiness Certification Program.
• Monitor certification progress and link it to the performance and pipeline of benefits consultants.
• Enhance Benefits Consultant Funnel Management by pinpointing obstacles in the benefits consultant journey and bridging gaps through enablement.
• Collaborate across departments with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to align messaging and support initiatives such as webinars, roadshows, and partner events.
• Represent the voice of the Benefits Consultant by cultivating strong, trusted relationships and integrating feedback into product, marketing, and go-to-market strategy.
• 5–10+ years of experience in benefits consulting (broker) relations, enablement, training, or benefits consulting.
• Strong knowledge of ICHRA, group benefits, or the health insurance landscape.
• Outstanding presentation skills; comfortable leading both virtual and in-person sessions.
• Ability to distill complex topics into clear and engaging narratives.
• Proven ability to build relationships and earn trust swiftly.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and partnerships.
• A builder mindset; you don’t just manage programs, you innovate and enhance them.
