Senior Manager, APAC FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Utilize robust business and financial insights, coupled with exceptional analytical and strategic planning expertise.

• Comprehend and oversee business and operational metrics, correlating them with financial and strategic results.

• Draw on experience in FP&A or predictive modeling to harmonize the art and science of forecasting.

• Spearhead intricate, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders while demonstrating strong project management capabilities.

• Function as an individual contributor while maintaining a collaborative, diplomatic, and adaptable approach, backed by excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Assist APAC regional and global partners by navigating complex datasets and delivering clear insights into financial performance.

• Work alongside teams in finance, analytics, product, sales, and marketing to provide ROI analyses, clarify financial objectives, product roadmaps, and sales productivity metrics.

• Create, sustain, and evaluate scalable financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting purposes.

• Participate in long-term planning, annual budgeting processes, and regular financial forecasting.

• Assess financial performance, pinpoint trends, and offer recommendations for enhancement.

• Collaborate with central finance teams to perpetually enhance financial models, ensure data integrity, and optimize financial systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is mandatory.

• Over 8 years of finance FP&A experience, preferably within a dynamic Tech or Fintech setting.

• Strong technical and analytical competencies.

• Ability to structure data for scalability.

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal abilities.

• Recognized as a seasoned and confident business partner.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong systems and data analytical skills.

• Familiarity with ERP and EPM systems (e.g., Workday, NetSuite, Adaptive) and BI tools (e.g., Looker) is highly valued, alongside an interest in AI-related tools.
