Senior Machine Learning Operations Developer – AI/ML Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead the operational excellence of our AI/ML Platform.

• Design and implement automated deployment pipelines.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure scalable infrastructure is maintained.

• Develop and manage monitoring and logging systems.

• Work closely with data engineers to create efficient data pipelines.

• Implement version control systems for machine learning models.

• Contribute to the governance of machine learning models.

• Enforce best practices for security in MLOps.

• Identify and explore opportunities for process automation.

• Participate in incident response and system recovery efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of practical experience in DevOps and MLOps.

• Expertise in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience in establishing and managing CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficient scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar programming languages.

• Familiarity with various monitoring and logging tools.

• Understanding of best security practices within MLOps.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex operational challenges.
