Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance machine learning models, primarily focused on computer vision applications.

• Manage the complete machine learning lifecycle: gathering and preparing data, training and testing models, and progressively refining them.

• Tackle both conventional and innovative problem types.

• Create rapid prototypes and assist in transforming successful prototypes into actual products.

• Collaborate closely with other teams to integrate your models into the final product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of practical experience in machine learning, with at least 2 years dedicated to computer vision.

• Strong grasp of constructing machine learning systems from inception to completion.

• Practical experience with one or more of the following: object detection, segmentation, image-to-image translation, and generative networks.

• Proficient in reading, comprehending, and applying concepts from cutting-edge research articles.

• Stay updated with leading conferences (e.g., CVPR, NeurIPS, ICCV) and possess the ability to convert academic advancements into real-world applications.

• Solid proficiency in Python and PyTorch.

• Experience in optimizing models for efficient inference on local devices (CPU, GPU, NPU), including techniques such as quantization, pruning, and runtime adjustments.

• Capable of working with and analyzing large datasets.

• Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of assigned tasks.

• Familiar with prototyping and engaging in research and development cycles.
