📋 Description

• Oversee the design of shared platform services tailored for agentic workflows

• Establish and refine APIs, SDKs, and internal tools to promote platform adoption

• Create platform-level infrastructure for managing memory and context effectively

• Develop and enhance systems for observability, tracing, and evaluation

• Assist in designing guardrails, validation layers, and mechanisms for policy enforcement

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of backend development experience (Java, Go, or Python)

• Practical experience with agent architectures (including planning, tool dispatch, memory management, and error recovery)

• Passionate about open standards such as MCP

• Solid understanding of API design, capability negotiation, and security/sandboxing principles

• Keen on building foundational systems that various teams rely on
