Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Personalization, Rewards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Play a key role in the design, scaling, construction, assessment, integration, deployment, and enhancement of reward signals for recommendations.

• Lead collaborative efforts and ensure alignment across PZN to incorporate and A/B test mid-term signals.

• Advocate for best practices in the development of machine learning systems across the organization.

• Oversee ML development, prototype models, construct pipelines, productize and scale models, and initiate A/B testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundation in machine learning principles.

• Proven experience in Reinforcement Learning (RL) specifically for recommendations.

• Proficiency in statistics and optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with sequential models, transformers, generative AI, and an understanding of large language models (LLMs) is an advantage.
