Director, Predictive Modeling, Machine Learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for predictive modeling and machine learning initiatives.

• Lead collaborative efforts to integrate analytics within business operations.

• Supervise the creation, deployment, and monitoring of impactful models.

• Act as a strategic consultant to senior leadership regarding data strategy and innovative practices.

• Represent the Predictive Analytics team in regulatory, audit, and governance discussions.

• Cultivate partnerships throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.

• Over 10 years of experience in predictive modeling and machine learning.

• More than 6 years of experience in leading strategic initiatives or mentoring senior colleagues.

• Extensive knowledge in credit risk modeling and machine learning techniques.

• Advanced skills in Python, SQL, and statistical tools (such as R, SAS).

• Strong grasp of cloud architecture and model lifecycle management.

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.

• Experience with regulatory compliance within the financial services sector.
