Associate Principal Engineer, Machine Learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Comprehending the client’s business use cases along with their technical requirements

• Transforming business needs into technical designs

• Aligning decisions with specified requirements

• Recognizing various solutions and selecting the most suitable options

• Establishing guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during implementation

• Crafting and evaluating design documents

• Assessing architecture and design across different aspects such as extensibility, scalability, and security

• Developing and designing comprehensive solutions for both functional and non-functional requirements

• Grasping and relating technology integration scenarios

• Addressing issues that arise during code reviews

• Conducting proof of concepts to validate that proposed designs and technologies fulfill requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience in machine learning

• Extensive hands-on experience in NLP, machine vision, and artificial intelligence

• Background in AI/ML architecture design and implementation in data/big data utilizing cloud infrastructure

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R

• Familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)

• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques

• Strong programming capabilities in Python

• Proficient in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX

• Experience with machine learning libraries like scikit-learn

• Knowledge of SQL

• Awareness of MLOps

• Familiarity with deployment technologies: MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes

• Experience in designing and deploying AI agents for multi-agent systems

• Strong grasp of large language models (LLMs)

• Practical experience with Generative AI frameworks such as GANs, VAEs, and prompt engineering

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI practices
