Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Elements Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and deploy machine learning models that facilitate content generation and quality evaluation scoring.

• Manage the entire machine learning lifecycle — encompassing data pipelines, training, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvements.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure that machine learning initiatives are in line with the overarching content strategy.

• Identify and resolve issues related to model performance, data quality, and production reliability.

• Conduct experiments to assess machine learning methodologies prior to scaling them up.

• Extensive experience in developing and deploying machine learning systems in a production environment.

• Proficient in taking ownership of a problem from start to finish.

• Consider practical trade-offs among model quality, latency, and cost.

• Strong collaborative skills with engineers, product teams, and content creators.
