Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Computer Vision, Liveness Detection, Spoofing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Spearhead applied machine learning projects that drive the development of the next-generation Identity Verification (IDV) engine.

• Engage throughout the complete lifecycle—from data collection and organization to model design, training, evaluation, deployment, and ongoing production monitoring.

• Provide precise, efficient, and robust models capable of operating in real-world adversarial conditions.

• Emphasize biometric identity verification, face liveness detection, presentation attack detection (PAD), and anti-spoofing technologies.

• Create and enhance systems aimed at identifying fraud, replay attacks, deepfakes, and various forms of identity manipulation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

• Over 5 years of experience in applied machine learning, computer vision, or ML engineering with a solid foundation in software engineering (or a comparable mix of education and experience).

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Experience in developing and deploying computer vision models for image classification, detection, segmentation, or similar image-based learning tasks in production settings.

• Practical experience in designing, training, evaluating, and optimizing deep learning models utilizing PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Strong background in computer vision.

• Experience with large-scale image datasets.

• Proven track record of constructing reliable training and inference pipelines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
