Senior Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement LLM-driven and generative AI solutions to improve real estate processes, customer interactions, and product development.

• Construct and enhance agentic pipelines, which include orchestration, tool integration, and feedback mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with various departments (such as operations, marketing, and product development) to discover and prioritize areas for AI and LLM integration.

• Architect and sustain scalable, production-ready AI systems utilizing Python, cloud services, and contemporary AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain or similar orchestration tools).

• Develop event-driven and asynchronous architectures to enable high-performance AI applications.

• Leverage prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning techniques where relevant to enhance system efficacy.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in Generative AI and the LLM landscape to foster innovation and ensure a competitive edge.

• Diagnose, optimize, and enhance AI systems to guarantee high performance, reliability, and scalability in production settings.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and outcomes; share insights and updates with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Python in production contexts.

• At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with a preference for those familiar with Generative AI or LLM-based systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related discipline.

• Strong programming abilities in Python, with experience in creating and deploying production-grade systems.

• Background in working with Generative AI / LLM-based applications and workflows.

• Solid grasp of system design, scalable architectures, and model deployment strategies.

• Knowledge of agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, and multi-step AI pipelines.

• Understanding of asynchronous processing, event-driven systems, and distributed architectures.

• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and cloud platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and implement practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies as the AI field progresses.

• Proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with an emphasis on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
