Senior Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Adhering to best practices in software development and ensuring their relevance in collaboration with the senior machine learning team.

• Assisting the project leader and supervisor in initiatives related to Machine Learning.

• Striving to comply with company standards and directions for development in the field of machine learning.

• Engaging in analytical and advisory processes related to the implementation of AI-based solutions.

• Involvement in the presale process.

• Monitoring market trends and adjusting solutions according to business requirements.

• Providing substantive support for strategic initiatives within the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have at least **5 years of experience** in IT, including 3.5 years working on commercial Machine Learning projects.

• You are familiar with **Python** (at a Data Science and ML project level).

• You have experience in the field of **NLP** (including **LLM** - working with APIs, fine-tuning, pruning, quantization, knowledge distillation).

• You have experience in active AI service initiatives with cloud providers.

• You have a solid understanding of and are proficient in machine learning methods and libraries such as: **scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, Keras, statsmodels**.

• You possess skills in **data exploration, data visualization, and data cleansing**.

• You have **experience working with clients** and focus on understanding and meeting their business needs.

• You are a proactive individual, ready to initiate actions independently and seek new solutions.

• You have participated in **presales**.

• You are proficient in **English at an intermediate level, minimum B2+**.

• Experience in areas such as **Computer Vision**, ML optimizations (predictive maintenance, recommendation), or **knowledge management** (RAG, lang chain, vector databases, etc.) is a plus.
