Senior Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive machine learning models utilizing proprietary datasets.

• Take ownership of the complete ML lifecycle, encompassing data preparation, feature engineering, model training, assessment, and validation.

• Partner with Data Scientists to recognize and prioritize high-impact machine learning opportunities.

• Collaborate with Principal AI Engineers to ensure that models are consistent with system architecture and adhere to engineering best practices.

• Package and expose trained models as scalable APIs for use by AI Engineers and downstream systems.

• Construct and sustain model pipelines, including version control, retraining, and continuous improvement workflows.

• Monitor model performance in production environments to maintain accuracy, reliability, and relevance over time.

• Address issues related to model drift, data quality, and performance bottlenecks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in machine learning engineering, particularly with production deployment.

• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and techniques for model evaluation.

• Practical experience in deploying machine learning models as APIs or microservices.

• Understanding of MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining pipelines.

• Experience working with large-scale or proprietary datasets.

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including testing, scalability, and performance optimization.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
