This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

• Establish and lead the technical vision for machine learning solutions across various products and platforms.

• Manage the complete software development lifecycle, encompassing design, code reviews, deployment, and operational phases.

• Design high-performance, scalable microservices, including both synchronous and asynchronous web services.

• Create real-time inference pipelines for intricate models utilizing Triton, TensorRT, and mixed-precision computing.

• Guide engineers, set the technical direction, and cultivate a robust team culture.

• Promote engineering excellence, system resilience, and ongoing operational enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• 5–10 years of comprehensive experience in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and operations.

• 5–10 years of proficiency in Python, covering advanced features and libraries.

• Strong background in designing RESTful APIs (e.g., FastAPI).

• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Over 3 years of experience in designing and architecting large-scale distributed systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Demonstrated experience as a technical lead or engineering mentor.

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or Machine Learning (Preferred).

• Practical experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, SageMaker, Triton, or TensorRT (Preferred).

• Knowledge of NoSQL and document databases (Preferred).

• Proven track record of managing big data, optimizing workflows, and enhancing system performance (Preferred).
