Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Design, prototype, implement, and sustain scalable AI systems utilizing LLMs and Foundation Models.

• Develop agentic AI applications, including multi-step LLM workflows with RAG, tool/function invocation, and structured outputs.

• Create and execute evaluation pipelines to assess and enhance agent quality, including LLM-as-judge, regression testing, and safety/red-team evaluations.

• Collaborate with frontend, product, and other engineering teams to establish API contracts and deliver comprehensive end-to-end features.

• Oversee the performance, latency, cost, and SLAs of AI systems in production environments.

• Offer technical leadership and advocate for necessary infrastructure or architectural modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience.

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Knowledgeable in SQL for data manipulation and transformation.

• Familiar with the machine learning lifecycle.

• Hands-on experience with agent and LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., Strands SDK, Google ADK, LangChain / LangGraph) and familiarity with LLM observability tools (e.g., Langfuse).

• Well-versed in software development lifecycle best practices (Agile Methodologies, Coding Standards, Code Reviews, Resource Management, Development Processes, Deployment, Testing, and Operations).

• Experience with AWS or other cloud services.

• Advanced English proficiency is required.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
