Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Ads R&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Design and develop machine learning systems aimed at optimizing ad performance.

• Conduct research and implement ML optimization techniques to effectively balance multiple objectives.

• Analyze data and apply machine learning methods to gain insights into user behavior and enhance ad experiences.

• Work collaboratively with backend engineers, data scientists, data engineers, and product managers to set baselines, guide product decisions, and innovate new technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in applied machine learning.

• Strong technical skills in software engineering, data analysis, and machine learning.

• Proficient in programming languages including Python, Java, or Scala.

• Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch, as well as various components of the ML lifecycle.

• Expertise in creating data pipelines using tools such as Apache Beam or Spark.

• Experience with LLMs, Ray, Adtech, or Recommender Systems is an advantage.
