Senior AI – Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• We are seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead innovative solutions in a modern, data-driven, fully remote setting.

• You will join a small, self-directed team with direct interaction with product management and the autonomy to suggest architectures and technologies.

• Design, train, and deploy ML/Deep Learning models into production.

• Develop data and MLOps pipelines, including training, versioning, and monitoring.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to comprehend challenges and metrics.

• Quickly prototype and refine solutions into scalable production systems.

• Enhance model performance, cost efficiency, and quality in the cloud environment.

• Foster AI engineering best practices within the team, including code reviews, standards, and testing protocols.

• Investigate and leverage LLMs, NLP, and generative models where applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior AI / ML Engineer.

• Expertise in Python and key ML/Deep Learning libraries (such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow).

• Proven experience in deploying models to production, including APIs, monitoring, logging, and retraining.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and managed data/ML services.

• Understanding of MLOps practices (CI/CD, pipelines, data/model versioning).

• Strong background in statistics, machine learning concepts, and data structures.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Preferred: Experience with LLMs, NLP, and generative models (such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).

• Previous experience in startups or high-scale digital product environments.

• Knowledge of data lake/warehouse architectures and streaming technologies.

• Contributions to the community through papers, presentations, open-source projects, or blogs.
