
Senior M&A Integration Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in the planning and execution of post-merger integration activities by coordinating workstreams, monitoring milestones, and managing interdependencies across various functional teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders to synchronize integration timelines, deliverables, and primary business objectives.
• Evaluate financial, operational, and organizational data from acquired companies to pinpoint synergies, risks, and integration priorities.
• Create and maintain integration trackers, dashboards, and executive status reports to enhance visibility into progress, risks, and critical decisions.
• Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, and cross-functional meetings to identify obstacles, foster accountability, and ensure integration plans remain on track.
• Assist with Day 1 and first-100-days readiness planning, including communications, change management activities, and operational alignment.
• Document integration processes, decisions, and lessons learned to continually enhance future M&A playbooks and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in finance, M&A, strategy, business operations, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting complex cross-functional projects, ideally related to mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong financial analysis skills with experience using financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP/consolidation platforms.
• Advanced Excel capabilities with the ability to analyze, reconcile, and synthesize complex financial and operational data.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams, tracking dependencies, and driving execution without direct authority.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complex financial and operational concepts for both technical and executive audiences.
