This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Facilitate the realization of value from the Microsoft 365 platform throughout the organization.
• Serve as the representative of the M365 product team, providing users with clear guidance on the optimal utilization of functionalities and applications to support the long-term collaboration platform strategy.
• Cultivate strong relationships with business units, leadership, and user communities to advocate for user interests in platform decisions and manage expectations effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure technical implementations of M365 applications align with business needs and requirements.
• Drive functionality discovery and influence roadmap decisions based on business needs, optimizing the realization of value for AbbVie.
• Create and implement strategies to enhance end-user maturity in usage, while identifying and advocating for advanced use cases for M365 tools to maximize return on investment.
• Identify and streamline overlapping tools to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
• Develop and execute multi-channel strategies to promote the adoption of M365 features and tools, supporting continuous improvement through feedback loops and usage analytics.
• Evaluate functionality and act as the functional expert for M365 applications.
• For deployments, pilots, and ongoing updates, assess functionality, determine impact, and create and deliver change management, communication, and training plans.
• Monitor adoption metrics, gather user feedback, and assess business impact to refine product strategy.
• Provide executive-level reporting on M365 initiatives and performance.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years of experience; Master’s Degree with 5 years of experience; PhD with no prior experience.
• Relevant and demonstrated experience in IT, specifically focusing on Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity applications within large organizations.
• Proven track record of partnering with engineering teams on technical implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to engage users across large enterprise-wide M365 environments.
• Strong background in product ownership, change management, and strategies for user adoption.
• Excellent skills in presentation, training, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in tool rationalization and cost optimization initiatives.
• Experience in leading enterprise-level M365 deployments and integrations.
• Familiarity with Copilot, Teams Premium, Power Platform, and workflow automation tools.
