Senior M365 PowerShell Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions utilizing PowerShell, Python (FastAPI), and Java.

• Construct, enhance, and sustain backend APIs and integrations with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Automate tasks related to identity and access management, user lifecycle processes, and administrative workflows.

• Diagnose, optimize, and provide support for existing applications and services while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of solutions by adhering to best practices, with an emphasis on customer needs and industry standards in banking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in PowerShell scripting and backend development with Java and Python (FastAPI).

• Proficient in administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and integration principles.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Customer-focused mindset paired with outstanding communication and teamwork skills.

• Regular utilization of AI tools to enhance productivity.

• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift, and Linux environments is beneficial.
