Senior M365 Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• We are seeking an M365 Architect who excels at addressing real business challenges and influencing the operation of modern workplaces.

• Lead technical discovery and pre-sales activities, converting customer business requirements into solution architectures, scope definitions, and persuasive value propositions in collaboration with the sales team.

• Design, configure, and implement cloud and technology solutions while providing documentation and knowledge transfer to customer stakeholders.

• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful deployments, resolving intricate technical issues, and achieving customer satisfaction and adoption objectives.

• Provide guidance to customers on best practices, encompassing tenant configuration, security, integrations, endpoint management, data governance, and Artificial Intelligence.

• Work closely with team members to establish and document standards and methodologies for Professional Services engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is necessary due to access requirements for Azure Government, Microsoft 365 GCC High, and Defense Industrial Base environments.

• Demonstrated experience in recognizing business challenges and requirements, creating and delivering impactful presentations, writing detailed statements of work, and effectively communicating solutions to both engineers and C-suite stakeholders.

• Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage customer engagements from start to finish, including pre-sales architecture and design, scope and licensing planning, solution implementation, project management, communication, and documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly express both business and technology topics.

• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, including managing communications internally and with the customer during difficult situations.

• Extensive experience with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 2.0.

• Familiarity with highly regulated environments and their associated frameworks for Banking, Life Sciences, Government, Cyber Security, etc.
