Senior Loan Associate – Parabroker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Oversee a substantial number of loan applications from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Proactively identify and request any outstanding documentation from borrowers, ensuring timely progression of loans.

• Thoroughly evaluate borrowers' financial information to determine their borrowing capacity in line with lender guidelines.

• Perform detailed loan analyses to assess eligibility and appropriate loan structuring.

• Exhibit expertise in HubSpot and Infinity for effective management of customer data and loan records.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with brokers and clients, delivering outstanding customer service.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and closing procedures.

• Keep abreast of industry regulations to guarantee compliance with applicable laws and policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in loan processing, ideally with a focus on complex loan applications.

• Experience on the broker side of the lending process from start to finish.

• Skilled in utilizing loan processing software (e.g., Infinity, HubSpot) and online application platforms (e.g., AOL).

• Recent or current involvement in the Australian Mortgage industry.

• Capability to operate with the Zoom camera activated during working hours.
