This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Establishes relationships with families, assisting them in caring for their elderly loved ones by connecting them with one or more of nearly 700 Brookdale communities nationwide, and encouraging them to visit and discover how we enhance the lives of those we serve with compassion, respect, excellence, and integrity.
• Aids families seeking assistance with senior housing or other home-based services.
• Identifies the Brookdale communities or additional resources that best align with a family’s needs.
• Encourages individuals to take action by visiting Brookdale communities and exploring the available options that can enhance their quality of life, while also scheduling appointments for families to tour one or more Brookdale communities.
• Maintains databases by updating customer or prospective customer status and changes, ensuring data quality adheres to all compliance standards.
• Assists Brookdale communities through outbound calls and emails aimed at updating the prospect’s situation and information in the database, as well as scheduling appropriate follow-up activities.
• Collaborates closely with community sales and operations associates as an extension of their sales team.
• Actively engages with supervisors and fellow team members in interactive training, coaching processes, and department-wide culture-building initiatives.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, while a Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in sales, pre-sales, inside sales, or appointment setting is preferred.
• Relevant experience in healthcare or call centers is also preferred.
• Possesses a working knowledge of a skill or discipline that necessitates basic analytical abilities.
• Must effectively manage time, tasks, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Should present themselves and Brookdale as an organization prepared to meet the needs of seniors to enhance their quality of life through top-tier care and services.
• Essential ability to listen effectively and communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Must be a self-motivated individual who excels in organizational and time-management skills and can work independently without close supervision.
