This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of daily Always On marketing initiatives, including site advertisements, order pages, automated campaigns, and tailored member experiences.
• Discover significant growth opportunities through experimentation, segmentation, behavioral insights, and lifecycle performance analysis.
• Create and implement experimentation frameworks across various lifecycle touchpoints, including messaging, offers, timing, targeting, and channel strategies.
• Develop scalable lifecycle systems, workflows, and operational processes that enhance efficiency and marketing performance over time.
• Shape lifecycle strategy and prioritization by collaborating with stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering.
• Utilize AI and automation to enhance targeting, speed up analysis, scale testing, optimize creative iterations, and improve operational decision-making.
• Compose, refine, or modify direct-response messaging and marketing copy by employing AI-assisted workflows and performance insights.
• Convert complex data and experimentation outcomes into actionable business recommendations and growth opportunities.
• Assist in advancing segmentation strategies, lifecycle architecture, and personalization capabilities throughout the member journey.
• Collaborate closely with lifecycle systems, experimentation tools, analytics environments, and machine learning-supported marketing platforms.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution and rapid iteration.
• Over 7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, experimentation, retention/CRM, marketing strategy, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing programs, ideally encompassing onsite placements, automated messaging, email, upgrade flows, testing programs, or other direct-response setups.
• A strong marketing mindset with a readiness to engage directly in platforms, tools, workflows, and execution details that drive lifecycle performance.
• In-depth knowledge of experimentation strategies, segmentation, targeting, personalization, and lifecycle optimization.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a knack for translating data into strategic recommendations and business decisions.
• High technical proficiency with lifecycle systems, automation platforms, analytics tools, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience in utilizing AI tools to foster growth, experimentation, operational scalability, and marketing effectiveness.
• Strong instincts for direct-response marketing and a solid understanding of performance marketing principles.
• Experience in writing or optimizing marketing copy and messaging using AI-assisted workflows.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Capable of navigating between strategic planning and execution without relying heavily on large support teams or specialized operators.
• A keen interest in investing and personal finance. Experience in financial services, fintech, investing, or a similarly data-driven subscription business is highly preferred.
• While prior people management experience is not mandatory, a background in mentoring, coaching, or developing other marketers is strongly preferred.
