This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the pre-purchase lifecycle.
• You will create canvases, establish segments, ensure quality assurance for push/SMS/email, oversee suppressions, and maintain a strong focus on deliverability.
• Establish the measurement framework.
• Leverage AirOps, Claude, and various AI tools to expedite ideation, drafting, segmentation, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Product and Clinical teams on launch communications (new medications, new states, new offerings).
• Ensure fair-balance messaging, medication disclosures, and language that adheres to platform policies.
• In the 6–12 month period, take responsibility for onboarding (Day 0–60), adherence and side-effect support, 28-day refill schedules, and save/retain initiatives.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Lifecycle/CRM for consumer subscription, healthcare, or fintech — demonstrating real ownership rather than just execution.
• Proficient in Braze (canvases, Liquid, Connected Content, segmentation, push/SMS/email, deliverability). Comparable expertise in Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar tools is advantageous, but we primarily use Braze.
• A proven history of rigorous experimentation — including holdouts, incrementality, and a healthy skepticism regarding platform-reported conversions (e.g., Braze attributing a canvas entry as a conversion without an open).
• Strong writing and editing skills; you brief designers and copywriters, enhancing the quality of their work.
• Regularly utilize AI tools (AirOps, ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.) in your daily operations.
• Comfortable working within a regulated environment: MLR/legal reviews, fair-balance, medication disclosures, or similar fintech/health compliance.
• Analytical proficiency — you can extract, interpret, and act on your own data (e.g., analyzing cohort retention, identifying funnel drop-offs, sizing holdouts) using tools like Amplitude, Sigma, Looker, or directly through (AI-assisted) SQL.
• Possess a startup operator mentality: resourceful, proactive, opinionated, highly accountable, results-driven, produces clear briefs, and collaborates effectively across functions.
