Senior Legal Specialist – Content & Platform Enforcement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Uphold and protect intellectual property and trademark rights across applications, websites, sales funnels, marketing materials, branding, and visual identity.

• Actively identify, document, and evaluate infringements, imitation trends, and borderline practices intended to exploit our products.

• Oversee takedown procedures, cease-and-desist actions, platform grievances, and associated enforcement methods with a strong emphasis on promptness and measurable results.

• Formulate legal positions and strategies that not only hold formally but also effectively limit the operational capabilities of infringing competitors.

• Develop and implement structured legal enforcement strategies that raise the costs of non-compliance for malicious actors.

• Continuously surveil the market and digital landscapes to uncover emerging risks and opportunities for legal advantage.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and executive teams to ensure that IP protection is integrated early in branding, naming, and product development processes.

• Manage external legal counsel when necessary while retaining strategic oversight internally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust background in intellectual property and trademark law, preferably within technology, digital products, mobile applications, or e-commerce sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in IP enforcement, takedowns, disputes, and cross-platform complaints (such as app stores, hosting providers, ad platforms).

• Proven ability to convert legal frameworks into actionable business strategies.

• Tactical and resourceful with strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments.

• High degree of discretion and sound professional judgment.

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.

• Experience with international markets and cross-border enforcement is a significant advantage.
