This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Offer legal assistance for growth into new regions, encompassing corporate establishment, local approvals, and launch-related issues.
• Create, assess, negotiate, and uphold a variety of commercial agreements, including service, technology, vendor, partnership, and other essential business contracts.
• Oversee legal workstreams and collaborate on cross-functional projects alongside compliance, operations, finance, technology, and leadership teams.
• Keep track of legal and regulatory changes in pertinent markets and translate them into clear, actionable advice for the business.
• Aid licensing processes and ongoing legal affairs in regulated areas, such as Malta, India, and the UAE/DIFC.
• Counsel internal teams on commercial, regulatory, employment, and broader personnel-related matters.
• Maintain relationships with external legal counsel to ensure efficient, high-quality, and commercially viable legal support.
• Licensed attorney with over 7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience at a prestigious international law firm or a leading regional practice.
• Proven history of independently managing complex multi-jurisdictional cases and meeting deadlines.
• Commercially astute with the capability to balance legal risks and business objectives.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and modern AI tools, such as Gemini, Claude, and similar platforms, with the skill to apply them effectively in daily tasks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to explain intricate legal issues clearly and practically to non-legal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to remain effective under pressure.
• Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Close collaboration with senior leadership and engagement with strategic business issues.
• Genuine ownership of legal projects from inception to completion.
