Senior Legal Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and facilitating the execution of a diverse array of individual and outbound agreements, including vendor contracts, customer order agreements, SaaS and alliance contracts, software development agreements, SOWs, NDAs, as well as documentation and licenses for engineering teams.

• Provide legal support for global HR operations, addressing compliance issues such as GDPR, EU AI Act, Cyber Resiliency Act, among others.

• Assist with various office-related and customer compliance matters, ensuring adherence to employee policies, obligations, and rights, including topics related to internal HR regulations, auditing reimbursements, facilities, terminations, etc.

• Collaborate with internal clients to establish business and legal terms, offering training and guidance on laws and obligations relevant to assigned programs.

• Advise on EU, state, and federal regulations that impact the business.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of agreement templates for the contracting process.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7+ years of transactional experience in the software sector.

• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating standard and vendor order agreements, SaaS, and software license contracts.

• Preferred experience or exposure in computer science or IP licensing.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
