
Senior Legal Content Creator – Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the editorial strategy at Berry Law.
• Perform original legal research and create authoritative studies, reports, and white papers.
• Write thought leadership articles that position Berry Law as a national authority in Veterans Disability and Personal Injury Law.
• Develop editorial calendars that align with the firm's priorities, legislative changes, and strategic initiatives.
• Take charge of High-Value Content Creation by drafting long-form website content, practice area pages, legal guides, and educational resources.
• Compose executive thought leadership pieces, opinion articles, and media-ready content.
• Write persuasive copy that enables Berry Law to swiftly capitalize on breaking news and emerging media opportunities.
• Provide continuous website news updates and timely legal commentary.
• Create podcast content plans, episode outlines, and materials for interview preparation.
• Write scripts, storyboards, and production briefs for educational and brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Producer to ensure that each content piece tells a captivating story.
• Develop messaging for social media campaigns, email initiatives, public relations, and executive communications.
• Review and edit content to maintain legal accuracy, editorial excellence, and brand consistency.
• Act as the firm's final editorial resource for intricate legal content.
• Ensure that every published piece reflects Berry Law's brand standards, legal ethics, and dedication to serving Veterans.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail while making complex legal concepts understandable for everyday readers.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Exceptional skills in legal writing and editing.
• Proven ability to write clearly for both professional and consumer audiences.
• Outstanding research, organization, and editorial judgment.
• Capability to translate complex legal concepts into engaging, reader-friendly content.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
