This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Design, enhance, and sustain career development frameworks, which encompass career paths, role progression models, and competency-based career maps.
• Collaborate with HR, departmental leaders, and subject matter experts to establish skills, behaviors, and expectations for each role and level.
• Assist in creating career ladders, tools for individual development planning, and resources for employee growth.
• Aid employees and managers in comprehending career pathways and development opportunities available within the organization.
• Develop and coordinate leadership development initiatives for emerging leaders, newly appointed managers, and seasoned people leaders.
• Provide support for manager training in areas such as coaching, performance management, feedback, communication, employee engagement, and change leadership.
• Create actionable tools, guides, workshops, and learning experiences that empower leaders to implement concepts in their daily responsibilities.
• Construct blended learning solutions, which include workshops, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, toolkits, and self-directed resources.
• Conduct dynamic training sessions for employees, managers, and leaders utilizing various formats.
• Oversee learning program logistics, communications, tracking of participation, and evaluation activities.
• Assess program effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, participation data, and indicators of business impact.
• Collaborate across functions to bolster organizational development initiatives and enhance workforce capabilities.
• Expected to execute other duties as assigned or directed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may also be accepted.
• 3–5+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, organizational development, or roles related to HR development.
• Direct experience in designing or supporting career development frameworks, career pathing, career mapping, competency models, or job leveling structures.
• Proven experience in developing leadership development or manager training programs.
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, facilitation techniques, and talent development practices.
• Capacity to partner with leaders and translate business requirements into effective learning and development solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, writing, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in creating training materials, development guides, career tools, and learning resources.
