This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance a business system office utilizing lean methodologies to promote efficient and sustainable energy solutions.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to pinpoint process inefficiencies and implement optimized workflows across various departments.

• Employ value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste, minimize cycle times, and boost productivity.

• Perform process evaluations, analyze workflows and identify pain points, and create and execute lean solutions.

• Provide employee training on lean principles and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.

• Gather and analyze data, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable insights for refining processes.

• Propel lean methodologies forward with innovative concepts and solutions to enhance the business system office.

• Encourage employee engagement and involvement in lean initiatives.

• Advocate for sustainable energy solutions and environmental stewardship within the operations of the business system office.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing lean methodologies and process improvement initiatives within a complex organization.

• Comprehensive knowledge and application of value stream mapping, root cause analysis, 5S, and visual management techniques.

• Strong project management capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Solid grasp of business systems and processes, including finance, operations, human resources, and customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.

• Experience in training and facilitating workshops focused on lean methodologies and process improvement.

• A passion for CLEAResult’s mission of promoting sustainable energy solutions and minimizing environmental impact.

• A continuous learner mindset with an awareness of current lean methodologies and industry trends.

• Must have authorization to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support.

• Successful candidates must pass pre-employment checks.

• If applicable, must meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
