• Comprehend the Landscape
• Proactively establish and nurture relationships with the Assessment team, Partnerships team, and Success team
• Continuously observe family communities to identify trends, highlight concerns, and collect ground-level insights
• Integrate your findings into a coherent understanding of potential risks
• Develop and sustain a proactive support roadmap
• Set the Agenda and Drive Outcomes
• Identify necessary actions to enhance student outcomes
• Create innovative and unconventional improvement strategies
• Engage confidently in family-facing discussions
• Collaborate internally to reframe the narrative surrounding testing
• Document the Evidence and Validate the Effort
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with the Associate Director of Student Engagement Operations on dashboard initiatives
