Senior Lead Solutions Architect, Salesforce Migrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee complete customer migration projects from start to finish

• Establish robust relationships with both business and technical stakeholders

• Promote the use of AI agents and automation solutions

• Work in close partnership with GDC collaborators

• Keep track of technical trends and offer customized release suggestions

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting

• Extensive, hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau

• Proven capability to generate business value and lead technical discussions

• Established experience with global delivery models (e.g., GDC)

• Advanced understanding of Salesforce core or specialized clouds

• Knowledge of AI agents or automation tools is beneficial

• A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required
