Senior Lead Generation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Generate meetings that qualify for sales

• Take charge of the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution for targeted airline accounts to develop a robust pipeline

• Collaborate with domain and technical experts to define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and target account lists

• Keep track of key account signals and trigger events, transforming them into outreach hypotheses and “reason now” messaging

• Design and implement hyper-personalized multi-touch campaigns across LinkedIn and email, including comments and posts to engage accounts

• Ensure the integrity of data and campaign operations within HubSpot and other supporting tools

• Provide weekly and monthly reports on results and insights

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of demonstrated experience in senior lead generation, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or ABM outbound roles for B2B tech products or iGaming, with quantifiable results

• Experience in the iGaming domain is advantageous

• Capability to identify, track, and respond to buying-intent signals and trigger events

• Practical ABM outbound experience with defined Tier 1/2/3 account lists, including account research and persona mapping

• Proficiency in crafting hyper-personalized messaging and coordinating multi-touch sequences across LinkedIn and email

• Strong copywriting abilities and skill in creating content for LinkedIn profiles

• Hands-on experience using AI for research, enrichment, personalization, and content development while ensuring quality

• Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with HubSpot is a plus

• Experience using Clay and Apollo

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a must

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• English proficiency at B2–C1 level
