This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.
• Guarantee that Mondelēz consistently delivers safe, high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations as well as federal, state, and local regulatory standards.
• Oversee the smooth implementation of source, product, and process quality for brand protection across North America Venture Brands.
• Execute quality, food safety, and regulatory initiatives within Mondelēz and among manufacturing, packing, and warehousing partners.
• Manage the daily execution of Quality strategy with North America Ventures manufacturers and repackers.
• Communicate and oversee the North America Ventures Manufacturing Quality scorecards and the attainment of goals.
• Implement Quality initiatives at manufacturing sites within North America Ventures.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Corporate Quality commercialization, and R&D teams for effective communication and successful new product introductions.
• Communicate and manage Critical To Quality and Critical To Process parameters in line with Manufacturing Standards.
• Ensure products are produced according to specifications for food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate IL6S and the Manufacturing Standards journey at manufacturing locations within North America Ventures.
• Support the execution of Consumer Inspired Quality at manufacturing and repacking sites.
• Oversee and verify Quality Control Management Systems.
• Audit manufacturing control plans for new products and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in Quality Assurance and Food Safety by establishing goals and identifying key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company quality standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, or other related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Food Safety, and/or R&D.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Previous experience collaborating with external partners.
• Experience in a food manufacturing setting.
• Fundamental knowledge of Sanitation, Hygienic Design, Pest Control, Quality, HACCP, and Food Safety principles.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to organize, inspire, and lead team members.
• Exceptional skills in process management and plan development/execution.
• Capability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to make decisions that ensure consumer safety.
• A growth mindset with a willingness to ask questions to understand training, procedures, policies, and projects.
• Ability to work with management and communicate exceptionally well.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30%-40% for key project requirements.
