Senior Lead AEM Developer – Digital Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, tailor, and sustain high-performance Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions to drive extensive digital experiences.

• Construct, set up, and enhance custom AEM components, editable templates, modular workflows, and user-friendly content architectures.

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, content strategists, marketing leaders, and technical teams to convert business needs into website functionalities.

• Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical challenges across various AEM environments (development, staging, and production).

• Assist with continuous code deployments, environment configurations, and release management tasks throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Maintain excellent code quality, security, and performance while engaging in proactive platform tuning and optimization efforts.

• Actively engage in technical design discussions, offering architectural insights and structured documentation for platform improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7+ years of professional experience focused on developing and deploying enterprise solutions specifically within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in building custom AEM components, workflows, and contemporary templates.

• Strong core Java development expertise coupled with extensive experience using essential AEM stack frameworks: Apache Sling, OSGi bundles, JCR (Java Content Repository), and HTL/Sightly.

• Practical knowledge of frontend web technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, to ensure seamless component rendering.

• Proven success in fast-paced Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

• Technical troubleshooting and debugging capabilities with complex, interconnected enterprise software systems.

• Demonstrated capability to work independently in a remote setting while ensuring full availability to align with Middle East business hours (GMT+3 / GMT+4).
