Senior Kubernetes Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and implement on-premises and AKS Kubernetes clusters

• Facilitate workload mobility between Azure and on-premises environments

• Establish networking, ingress, storage, and security frameworks

• Execute Kubernetes workload migrations

• Develop processes for container image lifecycle management

• Work in close collaboration with Platform Engineers and Infrastructure teams

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience with Linux and container technologies

• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes (both managed and on-premises)

• Solid grasp of cloud-native architectures

• Experience in designing Kubernetes networking, storage, and security

• Practical experience with PostgreSQL in cloud or containerized environments

• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code practices

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and performance optimization

• Preferred: Experience with the ELK stack

• Azure Administrator certification or relevant experience

• Knowledge of open-source storage solutions (e.g., Ceph, Longhorn)

• Understanding of policy engines (e.g., OPA, Kyverno)

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools in everyday tasks
