This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

• Analyze customer, sales, inventory, and market data to discover trends, risks, and opportunities that enhance account growth and profitability.

• Create and maintain performance reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and KPI tracking to aid in business planning and decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement promotions, product launches, pricing strategies, and customer-centric initiatives.

• Oversee account operations, which include pricing, promotional setup, item maintenance, and resolving order or service issues.

• Assess promotional effectiveness, trade investments, and pricing performance to maximize results and return on investment.

• Prepare business reviews, performance updates, presentations, and materials for customer meetings.

• Assist in customer engagement events and activities.

• Deliver analytical, operational, and commercial support for Walmart account management and growth.

• Coordinate customer commitments, account plans, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in sales analytics, account management support, customer insights, or a similar business function.

• Strong knowledge of commercial and customer-oriented business practices.

• Proficient in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data.

• Capable of identifying trends, generating insights, and supporting business decision-making.

• Experience working cross-functionally on forecasting, reporting, customer account planning, and performance management initiatives.
