This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Oversee the strategic planning, development, and implementation of ADVANCED HYDRATION promotional strategies across all accounts, utilizing data-driven industry insights, including IRI / Nielsen and other sector-specific resources.
• Act as a strategic collaborator with regional Sales and Marketing teams to optimize ADVANCED HYDRATION's financial investment and capacity while adhering to the designated promotional budget.
• Manage P&L performance; calculate, review, and report on various customer budgets.
• Deliver consistent pre- and post-analysis of account performance by leveraging syndicated data and bottler sales reports as part of an ongoing improvement process.
• Stay informed about competitive and other relevant information, providing regular feedback to the manager, VP Customer Sales, and other company leaders as needed.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships within the Bottler System.
• Communicate all trade plans to bottler and BODYARMOR sales and marketing teams in a timely and accurate manner.
• Present customer plans and outcomes at various system meetings to Senior Bottler Leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal departments to address customer issues, offering insights and expertise to enhance brand growth with assigned customers.
• Establish robust relationships with internal partners and all field operating units to facilitate timely discussions regarding key issues and opportunities.
• Provide ongoing and timely updates on customer plans to the management team.
• Lead all essential sales and cross-functional routines to ensure the execution and accomplishment of all customer and company objectives.
• Identify performance gaps and develop action plans to address them.
• Take ownership of customer input and ensure alignment on all commercial, Marketing, and Innovation plans, including strategy, tactics, and key execution requirements.
• Continuously enhance customer forecast accuracy by analyzing demand trends, aligning with customer inputs, and ensuring data integrity across supply planning systems; proactively monitor customer POs in collaboration with Customer Service as necessary.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience working with Retail Accounts in the CPG Industry is required.
• Must reside within the TX, NY, IL, GA areas.
• Experience with Syndicated Data is required.
• Strong analytical capabilities are necessary.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, are essential.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities are required.
• Proven leadership skills and a successful track record in Business Development are essential.
• A reliable, hard-working, and proactive team player with a positive attitude is a must.
• Creative thinker capable of working independently.
• Excellent team management and development skills are necessary.
• Willingness to travel 50% by car and plane, including local and neighboring geographic territories.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to drive long distances.
• Motor Vehicle Records must meet Company standards as per the Driving Policy.
